Return and Refund Policy Les Deux Chiens

At Les Deux Chiens, we want you to order with complete peace of mind. If a product doesn’t suit you after all, or you’re not entirely happy with it, here’s exactly how returns and refunds work with us.
 

14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)

You have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw without giving a reason. You notify us via contact@lesdeuxchiens.com or by using the model withdrawal form on our website. After your notification, you have a further 14 days to return the product. As long as you stay within the cooling-off period, you will receive the full purchase amount back. The cost of returning the item is at your own expense.

Personalised and made-to-order products

Products that we make especially for you, such as a collar or leashes with engraving or a name, are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect. Unsure about the size or specification? Feel free to contact us before ordering and we’ll be glad to help.

Condition of the product

During the cooling-off period, please handle the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack and inspect it as you would in a shop, but not use it. Return it complete: with all accessories and in its original packaging. If the value has decreased because you have handled it more than was necessary to assess it, we may deduct this from your refund.

Damaged or wrong item delivered?

Did your order arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Let us know as soon as possible via contact@lesdeuxchiens.com, ideally with a photo. We’ll then resolve it for you free of charge.

How to report a return

Send an email to contact@lesdeuxchiens.com. You’ll receive the return instructions and the return address from us. Pack the product securely, use a shipping method with track & trace, and keep your proof of postage until the return has been processed. Please don’t send your parcel as a letterbox package, but as a standard parcel.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we’ll refund the amount as soon as possible, no later than 14 days. We’ll use the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few days before the amount is visible.
